What we collect
When you shop with BunnyBoo, we collect the details needed to take and deliver your order — your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and order history. If you create an account, we also store your login email and the OTP verification status tied to it.
How we use it
Your information is used to:
- Process and ship your orders, including sharing your shipping name, address and phone number with our courier partner (Shiprocket) for delivery.
- Process payments securely through our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
- Send order updates, OTP login codes, and (only if you opt in) restock and product updates.
- Respond to enquiries sent via our contact form or WhatsApp.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data to third parties. We don't share your information with anyone beyond what's needed to fulfil your order (payment processing and shipping) and run the site.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember what's in your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by writing to us at the email below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
