Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Delivery timelines
Once shipped, orders are delivered via Shiprocket's courier network, generally within 4–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped, and can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We occasionally run free-shipping thresholds — these are shown on the cart page when applicable.
Serviceability
We currently ship across India to all pincodes serviceable by our courier partner. If your pincode isn't serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to us at bunnyboo.enquiry@gmail.com with your order number and we'll track it down with our courier partner.
