Order cancellation
You can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped, by writing to us at bunnyboo.enquiry@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order has been handed to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
As our products are personal-use accessories, we're unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect (see below).
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — we'll ask for your details when processing the refund.
