Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund if payment was already made.
Payments
We accept payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery, where available. Razorpay processes all online payments securely — BunnyBoo does not store your payment details.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via our courier partner, Shiprocket, to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and courier serviceability.
Product accuracy
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. Slight variation due to photography, lighting, or screen settings is possible and not considered a defect.
Limitation of liability
BunnyBoo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, payment gateways, or events outside our reasonable control.
